At Innerbloom Yoga & Meditation we believe in the power of yoga and meditation to connect with the deepest layers of yourself and the world around you. We believe that this connection can help you to transform and build the life that you desire while deepening your sense of happiness and inner peace. Being in the present moment is a natural state for humans, so in our approach we focus on removing the blocks (thoughts, traumas, anxieties, etc.) that prevent us from having access to the depth and beauty of the moment at hand. That is why, in our courses and in our coaching sessions, you will always find that we take an individualized approach and offer different styles and techniques of mindfulness and meditation so that you can get through any block that you have to the present moment and live a more fulfilling, present, and joyful life.

Hi, I’m Heather, founder of Innerbloom Yoga & Meditation, and the person you’ll be working with if you choose to take a course or join me for a meditation coaching session.
I came to yoga and meditation during one of the most difficult seasons of my life, after losing three people I loved deeply. What began as a simple curiosity quickly became a space of refuge, healing, and transformation. These practices held me when nothing else could, and over time, they became my passion and purpose.
I’m now a certified yoga and meditation teacher, with formal education in Psychology and Holistic Health. My path has taken me around the world, learning from diverse traditions and lineages, while also grounding my work in evidence-based, trauma-informed, and nervous system-aware approaches.
Innerbloom Yoga & Meditation was born from the desire to share these powerful practices with others — after witnessing firsthand how deeply they can support healing, clarity, and self-discovery.
Today, I feel humbled and honored to support others as they reconnect with their bodies, process their emotions, and return to their innate wisdom.
